The art. 73, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 18 of 03/17/2020 provided that, until the date of cessation of the state of emergency from COVID-19 resolved by the Council of Ministers on 31 January 2020 (therefore until 31 July next), private associations, even those not recognized and foundations that have not regulated procedures for carrying out videoconference sessions may meet according to these procedures, in compliance with previously established transparency and traceability criteria, provided that systems are identified that allow participants to be identified with certainty as well as adequate publicity of the sessions, where foreseen, according to the methods identified by each body.
