GSlex svolge attività di rappresentanza ed assistenza in at every stage and grade of judgmentup to the Higher Courts, as well as in arbitration proceedingsin favor of individuals, companies, non-commercial enterprises, Public Bodies, in such fields as civil, bankruptcy and insolvency, administrative, of labor and social security, tax law in particular with reference to disputes relating to the execution and / or dissolution of the main commercial contracts; the responsibility of directors and statutory auditors; the exercise of ordinary and bankruptcy revocatory actions; the health responsibility of the doctor and of the public and private structure; the appeal against tax measures in tax matters; disputes relating to the real estate, gaming, urban planning and construction sectors, environmental and energy law, cultural and landscape heritage, public procurement, health service and local public services.
