In una fase di profondo rinnovamento del mondo del no profit, a seguito della recente introduzione della Riforma del Terzo Settore, i professionisti di GSlex prestano la loro assistenza e consulenza avendo acquisito un’approfondita e pluriennale esperienza nell’ambito degli enti non commerciali, ivi compresi quelli di natura ecclesiastica, con particolare riferimento alla:

• establishment of bodies – such as associations (simple and complex) of any type (voluntary, social promotion, etc.), committees and foundations (including participation) of private law, associations and foundations of Canon law, drafting and revision of internal regulations and statutes and in the procedures for the of legal personality;

• ordinary management of the life of bodies with reference to civil, canonical and ecclesiastical, fiscal, accounting and administrative profiles;

• management of extraordinary events such as:
transformation of associations (recognized or not) into foundations (including participation), transformation of joint stock companies into foundations and vice versa, as well as transformation of private law bodies into ecclesiastical bodies;

reorganization of institutional and legal-asset structures, such as the spin-off or concentration of assets or business branches in instrumental bodies (including newly established ones) and restructuring of commercial activities (health, social-health, hospitality and education);

legal, fiscal and administrative due diligence activities;

• definition of fiscal strategies, setting of accounting and fiscal structures and related obligations (civil and fiscal) for the drafting of financial statements and / or economic, financial and balance sheets;

• support in case of inheritances and donations.
