Family Law and Children's Rights

GSlex svolge attività di assistenza nelle aree dei rights of individuals, families and minorsincluding personal separation of spouses and dissolution of marriage also with assisted negotiation procedures pursuant to Law no. 162/2014; filiation; protection of minors and vulnerable individuals; voluntary jurisdiction; Support Administration; civil unions and cohabitation contracts pursuant to Law no. 76 / 2016; termination of cohabitation; collaborative settlement of conflicts also through coordination with family mediation and / or any support pathways to parenthood and / or the person.

Together with the Clients, it identifies and manages the most appropriate ways to contain and resolve family conflicts, especially in the presence of minors or otherwise vulnerable subjects.

Assiste nelle aree collaterali del diritto successorio, delle donazioni, del regime patrimoniale della famiglia, in particolare, in relazione agli aspetti di trasmissione della ricchezza familiare, coordinando le diverse competenze dei professionisti di GSlex.
