In consideration of the Coronavirus emergency, article 35 of the Cura Italia decree (law decree n. 18 of 17 March) extended from 30 June 2020 to 31 October 2020 the deadline for Volunteer Organisations, Social Promotion Associations and Onlus to the adaptation of its statutes with the majorities envisaged for the ordinary shareholders' meeting (pursuant to article 101, paragraph 2, of legislative decree no. 117 of 3 July 2017, Third Sector Code).
The decree also allows the same entities to approve their financial statements by 31 October 2020, also in derogation from the provisions of the law, regulation and by-laws.
