Relevant and not manifestly unfounded is the question of constitutional legitimacy of art. 76 of the Third Sector Code

The Council of State, with Ordinance n. 6908 of 9 November last, declared the question of the constitutional legitimacy of art. 76 of the Third Sector Code in the part in which it allocates the resources referred to in article 73, paragraph 2, letter c), of the aforementioned code, o support the activities of general interest of voluntary organizations through the provision of contributions for the purchase, by the same, of ambulances, motor vehicles for healthcare activities and capital goods, used directly and exclusively for activities of general interest, which due to their characteristics are not susceptible to different uses without radical transformations, excluding other entities of the Third Sector carrying out the same activities of general interest.
