On 6 March, the Third Sector control room set new criteria relating to the possibility of carrying out different, secondary and instrumental activities by Third Sector entities.
With the art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 117/2017 has in fact introduced the possibility for the ETS to carry out activities other than those of general interest pursuant to art. 5. Regardless of the type of activity carried out and the degree of connection with those of general interest, according to what has been specified by the Cabin, however, only those aimed at the realization of civic, solidarity and social utility purposes that have been previously listed and specified in the statute of the institution.
At the same time, only those activities whose revenues do not exceed 30% of the total revenues and 66% of the costs of the institution can be considered secondary.
