According to what was published on the Ministry of Labor website, "The provisions relating to the allocation of the 5×1000 (art. 3, paragraph 1, letter a, Legislative Decree no. 111/2017) take effect from the third year following a that of operation of the Single National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS) and until 31 December 2023, limited to the non-profit organizations which continue to be recipients of the 5×1000 quota with the methods established by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 23 July 2020 for voluntary associations (art 9, paragraph 4, Milleproroghe Decree).
