With reference to Circular no. 9/2022 and the maxim of the Notarial Council of Milan n. 3 of 27/10/2020, the Ministry of Labour, with Note [...]With reference to Circular no. 9/2022 and the maxim of the Notarial Council of Milan n. 3 of 10/27/2020, the Ministry of Labour, with Note n. 9184 of 16 June 2022, communicated that with reference to the entities involved in the transmigration already in possession of legal personality and which make use of the statutory audit for the approval of the financial statements, the notary can proceed with the certification of the minimum assets using documentation accounting (referring only to the financial statements closed on 31 December 2021) updated to a term of 180 days prior to the presentation of the balance sheet certificate, so that this situation is accompanied by the report of the statutory auditor.
