The decree of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies of 29 March 2022 for the "Definition of the forms, contents and methods of the inspection activity on social enterprises, as well as the contribution for the inspection activity to be placed on them and the identification of the criteria, requirements and procedures for the recognition of associations between social enterprises, and the forms of supervision of these bodies by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies".
