With Note n. 6137, the Ministry of Labor recognized the possibility for a social enterprise to devolve its assets to a social promotion association for which the procedure of automatic transmigration to RUNTS is underway, provided that the devolution is conditional on the the commitment of the organization in transmigration to set aside the proceeds by postponing their use at the time of completing its registration in the RUNTS.
