On the Official Gazette n. 203 of 25 August last, the Decree of the Minister of Economic Development in agreement with the Minister of Labor and Social Policies of 22 June 2021 was published, which defines the criteria for calculating the 70% ratio between revenues relating to the of general interest and total revenues, pursuant to and by effect of art. 2, paragraph 1, of the legislative decree 3 July 2017, n. 112.
The provisions of the Decree, in the scope of which social cooperatives and their consortia are excluded, will apply from 1 January 2022.
