The Council of the Lombardy Region, having acknowledged the misalignment between the regional regulation no. 2 of 2001 and paragraph 4 of Article 22 of the Third Sector Code, established with a specific resolution that the minimum assets necessary for the acquisition of the legal personality of associations, foundations and other private institutions pursuant to Presidential Decree 361/2000 that operate in the matters attributed to the competence of the Lombardy Region and whose statutory purposes are exhausted in the Lombard territory, is equal to 15,000 euros for associations and for other associations of a private nature and ad 30,000 euros for the foundations.
