For social promotion associations that "do not involve disguising the religious denomination", on the basis of art. 71, paragraph 1, Legislative Decree no. 117/2017, the premises in which the related institutional activities are carried out, provided that they are not of a production type, are compatible with all the homogeneous intended uses envisaged by the ministerial decree 2 April 1968 no. 1444, and subsequent amendments, regardless of the urban destination (TAR Bari n. 682/2021).
