Guidelines on the relationship between public administrations and third sector entities. Decree published.

With the decree of the Ministry of Labor n. 72 of 31 March the guidelines on the relationship between public administrations and third sector entities were adopted, which contains an analysis of the institutions introduced by articles 55, 56 and 57 of the Third Sector Code, taking into account the sentence of the Constitutional Court no. 131/2020, which recognized in article 55 one of the most significant implementations of the principle of horizontal subsidiarity and of the amendments to the code of public contracts made with the Legislative Decree no. 76/2020 aimed at better coordination with the Third Sector Code.
