The new decree extended the emergency legislation on extension of deadlines for approving the financial statements and conducting meetings by videoconference (art. 106, Legislative Decree No. 18 of 17 March 2020, converted with amendments into Law 24 April 2020, No. 27) to voluntary organisations, social promotion associations and non-profit organizations.
