With a note dated 04.12.2019, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, in response to a request from the Social and Welfare Department of the Abruzzo Region, provided some clarifications regarding the ways in which Third Sector Entities, including newly established , are called upon to identify activities of general interest by statute.
In particular, the Ministry has specified that already at the time of their establishment, the entities will be called to specifically identify the sectors of activity of general interest pursued and included among those referred to in art. 5 Cts.
An indication that must be the result of a precise and democratic choice of the members aimed at ensuring compliance with the obligations, which the new legislative system of the sector is inspired by, of transparency and knowledgeability to third parties and of the right of members to join bodies of which the corporate structure but also the activities carried out and the aims pursued are clear and defined.
