On 7 March, the Third Sector control room met for the first time, established with art. 97 Cts with the task of coordinating government policies and actions to promote and direct the activities of the entities.
The Substation, whose composition and operating methods have been published in the Official Gazette no. 45 of 02/23/2018, is a body aimed at carrying out coordination, promotion and monitoring of the Reform and its implementation status, acting as a place for discussion and political-functional connection between the representatives of national and regional institutions and of the main stakeholders in the sector.
Chaired by the President of the Council of Ministers, the control room is made up of the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, the Minister of Economy and Finance, the President of the Conference of Regions, the President of the Union of Italian Provinces (UPI), by the President of the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI) and by the President of the Social Italy Foundation. With the recent Dpcm of 26/2/2019, the presence of the Spokesperson of the Third Sector Forum was also foreseen.
