The Prime Ministerial Decree of 23 July 2020 was published in yesterday's Official Gazette, which regulates the methods and terms for accessing the 5 per thousand income tax distribution for natural persons of the entities receiving the contribution, as well as the methods and terms for the formation, updating and publication of the permanent list of registered entities and for the publication of the annual lists of admitted entities.
Until the year following the year in which the Single National Register of the Third Sector is operational, 5 per 1000 can still be allocated to non-profit organizations, recognized associations and foundations operating in the sectors referred to in Legislative Decree no. 460/1997 and to social promotion associations.
