As a result of the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 125 of yesterday, until 30 December 2020, private associations (even unrecognized) and foundations that have not regulated in the statute the modalities for carrying out the sessions by videoconference, can meet according to these modalities, in compliance with the criteria of transparency and traceability previously established, provided that systems are identified which allow the participants to be identified with certainty.
