Art. 66 of the decree law of 31 May 2021 n. 77, paragraph 1, states that In Article 101, paragraph 2, of the Third Sector Code, referred to in Legislative Decree No. 117 of 3 July 2017, the words: "31 May 2021" are replaced by the following: "31 maggio 2022”. It is not clear what will be the impact of this umpteenth and untimely extension on the operation of the RUNTS.
