The Ministerial Note No. 7551 of 7 June 2021 has finally clarified that the President of an Entity of the Third Sector can be appointed not only directly by the Shareholders' Meeting but also in an "indirect" form by the administrative body that elects it among its members appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting.
