RUNTS registration of municipal civil protection groups
By Note n. 9663 of 30 June 2022, the Ministry of Labour clarified that, with reference to the verification of the conditions for registration in the Third Sector National Single Register of Civil Protection Municipal Groups, the offices of the RUNTS are called upon to ascertain exclusively the formal regularity of the application for registration, that is, the presence of the necessary data and information and the completeness and correctness of the attached documentation, without carrying out any union on the contents of the statute of the municipal group of civil protection.
