With a Director's Note dated 10 March, the Ministry of Labor clarified that the employment relationship with a Regional Committee is compatible with the voluntary work that the same subject carries out at another Regional Committee of the same national network, provided there is a relationship of autonomy between the institution-employer and the institution where the volunteer works.
