It was published in the Official Gazette no. 24 of 30 January last the decree of 28 November 2019 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies concerning the regulation of donations in kind in favor of the ETS.
As required by art. 83, paragraph 2, last sentence, of the Third Sector Code, the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, in concert with the Minister of Economy and Finance, has identified the types of goods in kind that give the right to deduct or tax deduction and the criteria and methods for valuing the donations are established.
