A few days after the release of the news that the RUNTS will be operational from 21 April, inexplicably the draft of the Support Decree, which is expected to be published in the Official Gazette in the next few hours, extends the deadline for amending the statutes with an ordinary shareholders' meeting to 31 May next. It is not clear whether this also means a further postponement of the launch of the Single Register or whether it is simply a lack of coordination in the prediction of the terms. We will give you an account of the evolution of the regulatory framework with the publication of the official text of the decree which also provides in article 14 for an increase in the extraordinary Fund for the support of Third Sector Entities.
