The Note of the Ministry of Labor n. 18655/2022 specified that entities with legal personality subject to automatic transmigration were also registered in the RUNTS as a result of silent consent.
However, the same are not exempt from the obligation to deposit the financial statements for the last two years and the notarial certification of the existence of the minimum capital referred to in article 22 of the Third Sector Code.
Failing this, the entities will be canceled from RUNTS and the interested Regions/Prefectures will be informed of the cancellation and they will reactivate the previously suspended position, except in the case of associations that can choose to remain ETS by continuing the activity as unrecognized associations.
