In implementation of article 18 of the legislative decree n. 117 of 3 July 2017, containing the Third Sector Code, the decree of the Minister of Economic Development was adopted, in concert with the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, which identifies the simplified insurance mechanisms, with policies also numerical, and the relative controls are governed, and which repeals the decree of the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Crafts, dated February 14, 1992.
