Below are the news of the Milleproroghe decree law of 31 December 2020, n. 183 relevant for the Third Sector:
Mutual aid society: postponed to 31 December 2021 the deadline for transforming into a third sector association or social promotion association and maintaining its assets by way of derogation from art. 8, paragraph 3, law n. 3818/1886. We remind you that this deadline is to be considered peremptory based on the clarifications provided with the following note from the Ministry of Labour:
Meetings of the corporate bodies by videoconference: the conducting by videoconference of the meetings of the bodies of private associations, foundations and companies (including cooperatives and consortia) that have not already adopted a regulation that allows them to use this method on an ordinary basis, may continue until the date of cessation of the state of emergency and in any case no later than 31 March 2021.
