Waiting for the publication in the Official Gazette of the DM n. 106/2000, the National Forum - Third Sector Construction Site indicates the period between the months of February and March 2021 as the probable operating period of the Single Register. From that date, the automatic transmigration of Volunteer Organizations and Social Promotion Associations registered in the related registers. Non-profit organizations, on the other hand, will have to present an independent application for registration which can be sent starting from the date of publication on the website of the Revenue Agency of the list of non-profit organizations registered in the Registry and up to 31 March of the tax period following the authorization from the European Commission. In the event that a non-profit organization does not present the application within the aforementioned term, it will have to proceed with the devolution of the assets.
