Following several requests for clarification that we have received, we provide a summary of the terms that have been extended to 31 October 2020 by the Cura Italia Decree following its conversion into law.

The extension to 31 October 2020 is established for:

  1. the deadline for the statutory changes of ONLUS, ODV, APS with the methods and majorities provided for the resolutions of the ordinary assembly;
  2. the deadline for the statutory amendments of the SOCIAL ENTERPRISES with the methods and majorities envisaged for the resolutions of the ordinary shareholders' meeting (questionable forecast given that the deadline had already expired some time ago);
  3. the deadline for the approval of the financial statements of ONLUS, SB, APS, ASSOCIATIONS (recognized and not), FOUNDATIONS, COMMITTEES, PRIVATE ENTITIES OTHER THAN COMPANIES, TRUSTs, for which the deadline for approving the financial statements falls within of the emergency period;
  4. the deadline for activities related to the five per thousand funds for the year 2017;
  5. the reporting terms of any projects assigned on the basis of national and regional laws.
