The assistance and consultancy activities, both ordinary and in the context of extraordinary transactions, are rendered in favor of commercial and non-commercial companies.

• negotiation and drafting of commercial and financial contracts (shareholders’ agreements, partnership and affiliation agreements, distribution, franchising, agency, tenders, loan agreements, bond loans, etc.);

• assistance in the crisis and insolvency phase of the company (even non-commercial) for the identification of the most suitable regulatory instruments in view of the liquidation of the same or of initiatives aimed at its recovery according to the logic of business continuity;
