{"id":948,"date":"2018-10-16T16:54:45","date_gmt":"2018-10-16T14:54:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.creativecompany.it\/gslex\/?p=948"},"modified":"2022-12-12T14:18:24","modified_gmt":"2022-12-12T13:18:24","slug":"riforma-del-terzo-settore-e-trasparenza-il-problema-delliscrizione-al-runts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gslex.net\/en\/articoli\/riforma-del-terzo-settore-e-trasparenza-il-problema-delliscrizione-al-runts\/","title":{"rendered":"Reform of the Third Sector and Transparency: the problem of enrollment in RUNTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\" style=\"max-width:1248px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:1.92%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:0px;--awb-spacing-left-large:1.92%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The establishment of a register\u00a0to which all entities wishing to acquire ETS qualification must register is one of the most important innovations introduced\u00a0with the\u00a0Third Sector Reform<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The RUNTS (operational only from the moment in which the appropriate ministerial decree pursuant to art. 54 CTS is issued), divided into seven sections, will require members to comply with the new principles and rules of transparency and will be a real collector of data, information and deeds relating to the organizational structure of entities, the ownership of corporate offices, the use of financial resources and the pursuit of statutory purposes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the exception of the provisions for association networks, on the basis of the methods for carrying out activities of general interest and the specific applicable tax regime, entities will be able to register in a single section of the Register, identified\u00a0in consideration of the activities of general interest pursued\u00a0and of the specific applicable tax regime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For entities currently registered in the existing registers (SB, Aps), which\u00a0have followed the procedures for adapting\u00a0to the new regulatory framework, there will be an automatic\u00a0transmigration of their registration in the appropriate section of the Single Register; however, this will not happen for non-profit organizations and for all other non-profit organizations that intend to qualify for ETS. The latter will in fact be called upon to establish in which section of the Register to place themselves and, if the requisites are met, they will be able to choose whether to be cataloged among \"other Third Sector entities\", philanthropic entities, OdVs or Aps; alternatively, they may decide to adopt the qualification of Social Enterprise. In the latter case,\u00a0registration\u00a0in the appropriate section of the\u00a0Register of Companies will be considered a sufficient condition for being eligible for ETS qualification.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":3956,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1,77],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-948","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articoli","category-terzo-settore"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.0 -
