General regulation on international development cooperation - the employment relationship established between the subjects of development cooperation and the personnel employed in the context of their foreign activities, whose economic treatment must be parameterised to that adopted for operators volunteers on the basis of the provisions of article 17, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 40\/2017, cannot be assimilated to any form of employment relationship of a subordinate or para-subordinate nature and does not involve suspension and\/or cancellation from placement or mobility lists.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":3956,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1,77],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-797","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articoli","category-terzo-settore"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.0 -
