Buildings intended for the public exercise of worship attributed to buildings of worship\", the regime referred to in Article 36, paragraph 3, of the TUIR applies, provided that such properties have the characteristics of 'specific use for which they are intended and the relative use takes place in compliance with the regulations and authorizations provided;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) at <strong><span style=\"color: #0062a7;\">institutional activities \"of religion and worship\"<\/span><\/strong> the reduction of the IRES rate is applied, pursuant to Article 6 of the Presidential Decree 601 of 29 September 1973, within the limits and under the conditions clarified by circular 1 \/ E of 2022;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) for the activities of the <strong><span style=\"color: #0062a7;\">branch ONLUS<\/span><\/strong> the current regulations referred to in Article 150 of the TUIR will continue to apply.<\/p>\n<\/div><div style=\"text-align:center;\"><a class=\"fusion-button button-flat fusion-button-default-size button-default fusion-button-default button-1 fusion-button-default-span fusion-button-default-type\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/gslex.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Interpello_439_29.08.2022.pdf\"><span class=\"fusion-button-text awb-button__text awb-button__text--default\">Download PDF<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":4705,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1,78],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4029","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articoli","category-enti-religiosi"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.0 -
