\ntransformation of associations (recognized or not) into foundations (including participation), transformation of joint stock companies into foundations and vice versa, as well as transformation of private law bodies into ecclesiastical bodies;<\/p>\nreorganization of institutional and legal-asset structures, such as the spin-off or concentration of assets or business branches in instrumental bodies (including newly established ones) and restructuring of commercial activities (health, social-health, hospitality and education);<\/p>\n
legal, fiscal and administrative due diligence activities;<\/p>\n
